Jilian A. Morton
Attorney Jilian A. Morton is principal of Bello & Morton, LLC with extensive experience representing the interests of her clients in real estate transactions, probate matters, and business law. Attorney Morton represents clients in civil cases in Housing, District, and Superior courts. She has successfully helped her clients navigate the Probate Court system and work through title issues on real estate purchases. Her goal is to assist clients in their legal matters whether transactional or in litigation.
Attorney Morton’s educational qualifications include a double degree from Colby College (Waterville, ME) in Classics and Classical Civilizations and a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law. She is a graduate of Tabor Academy in Marion, MA as well.
Prior to opening her own firm, Attorney Morton worked in Boston at the Massport Authority handing Labor negotiations and grievances for Management. Also, she worked at several small boutique firms who concentrated on Personal Injury, Employment law and Civil Litigation, Real Estate Conveyancing.
As a fifth generation, Wareham resident, she strives to be a part of her community in work and service. Her family has great ties to the community including her late grandfather who was the owner of Del’s Taxi in town. She is vice president of the BNI Wareham Chapter, a member of the Wareham Guardian club, and volunteers pro bono hours monthly at the Wareham Council on Aging. Her family resides in town and she is ready to serve her community from her Main Street office.
